Amazing location, right by St. Mark's Square! Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Initial room was disappointing, but they upgraded us to a lovely suite!

Great location, but my room was subpar. The breakfast was good, and the staff were nice, but the room itself was quite disappointing. Would probably try a different hotel next time.

My room was tiny, with old, cracked, stained fixtures and linens. The shower was small, and the bathroom had stains on the ceiling and walls. The mini-fridge didn't work. Other rooms may be better.
